Effective for purchases made on recoverwave.com. This warranty is offered by RecoverWave and applies to the RecoverWave Knee Wrap Pro.
What this warranty covers
For 12 months from the day your order is delivered, we warrant the RecoverWave Knee Wrap Pro against defects in materials and workmanship in normal home use — including the heating element, vibration motors, battery, charging port and control panel.
What it does not cover
Normal wear of the fabric and straps, damage caused by accident, misuse, modification, machine washing or submersion in water, use with chargers that do not meet USB-C specifications, or cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
How to make a claim
Email support@recoverwave.com with your order number and a short description of the fault. A photo or short video helps if it's reasonably possible, but it isn't a strict requirement. If you notice unusual overheating, stop using the product right away and tell us.
What we will do
If the product is defective, we will replace it or refund your purchase price — your choice. We will never charge you return shipping, a restocking fee, or any fee for handling a warranty claim. We aim to resolve every claim within 5 business days.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or applicable consumer protection laws.
