Welcome to RecoverWave. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of recoverwave.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. The Site and the RecoverWave brand are operated by Digital Crusher LLC, 1201 N. Orange Street, Suite 7466, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
2. Our products are wellness products
RecoverWave devices are general wellness products for comfort and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. If you have a health concern — or a condition, implant, or medication that affects heat or circulation — talk with a qualified health professional before use, and always follow the safety instructions included with the product.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We show the full price before you pay — no hidden fees, no forced subscriptions. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error); if we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping times, our 90-Day Home Trial (with prepaid return label and refund to your original payment method) and our 12-month limited warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Those pages are part of these Terms — and we keep the promises on them identical to what our ads and product pages say.
5. Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your login details safe — you're responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no scraping other customers' data, and no posting unlawful or infringing content (for example in reviews).
6. Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with RecoverWave (we may edit for length or clarity, never to change your meaning). Submit only content you created. We never post fake reviews — and we don't accept them either.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, the RecoverWave name and logo, product images, and all content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except for the express promises in these Terms and our policies, the Site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, email us at support@recoverwave.com — honest, human support is the whole point of this brand, and we resolve almost everything that way.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above tells you when. Material changes apply to orders placed after the change.
