Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund at any time during the 30 calendar days after your RecoverWave Knee Wrap Pro is delivered. If it hasn't earned a place in your routine, email support@recoverwave.com no later than the 30th calendar day after delivery.

We'll issue your full refund, including any sales tax, to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving an eligible request. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. You will never be charged return shipping or a restocking fee.

This applies to every order, including the 2-Pack: an approved refund always covers the full amount you paid.

We may invite you to answer one or two optional questions about your experience. You do not need to answer them to qualify for or receive your refund.

We may deny requests that are fraudulent, duplicative, or exceed the amount actually paid. This does not limit your rights for defective products.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers satisfaction. Our separate 12-Month Limited Warranty covers product defects.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email us, a photo or short video helps if it's reasonably possible, but it isn't a strict requirement. We'll replace the unit or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. If we can stop the shipment, we'll refund you in full immediately. If it has already shipped, the 30-day guarantee starts on the day of delivery.
