Returns & Refund Policy — The 90-Day Home Trial

We want you to actually USE the device — that's the whole point. So our guarantee works like this:

  1. Use your RecoverWave knee massager at home for up to 90 days.
  2. If it's not for you — for any reason — email us at support@recoverwave.com within 90 days of delivery.
  3. We send you a prepaid return label (we pay the return shipping).
  4. Drop the device at any carrier point. Original box is nice but NOT required.
  5. Your refund goes back to your original payment method (not store credit) within 5 business days of the carrier scan — we don't wait for "inspection".

What we ask: the device and its accessories come back complete. That's it. Used is fine — it's a home trial, not a museum loan.

Bundles: return everything in the bundle for a full refund, or keep part of it and we refund the difference at live standalone prices. The e-book is yours to keep either way.

12-Month Warranty

Every RecoverWave device carries a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your device stops working properly within 12 months of delivery: email support@recoverwave.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). We'll either fix the issue remotely, send a replacement part, or ship you a new unit — remedy at our choice, at zero cost to you. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it doesn't cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal cosmetic wear.
