Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States (all 50 states). We don't ship internationally yet. If you're outside the US, join the waitlist and we'll email you when we do.

Handling time: Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day.

Delivery time: 3-7 days from our US warehouse once your order ships. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on the way.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.

If something goes wrong: Package lost or shows delivered but never arrived? Email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation.
